Will  began his career in 2006 in Minnesota, he moved his family back to this area to be closer to both his wife and his families. Will worked a short time for the city of Centerville before he started to work for Lennox in 2012. When he started his employment with the city, he stated he was not looking for a job, he was looking for a home. It did not take long to realize he had found just that in Lennox. 

He has been married to his amazing wife, who has been by his side through all his adventures for the past 25 years. They have 3 wonderful children who have started families of their own. They have been blessed over the past few years with 5 grandchildren.

As a young child Will remembers his grandfather telling him “If you find a job you love you will never work a day in your life”, these word have driven him through many aspects of his life.

Will says he has grown to know many wonderful people who have really given his job meaning.

"It is rare, in my profession to find this and for that I am thankful to all who have welcomed me into this community and for making this my home not just my job."
